Dear MSI Patients,

An exponential increase in the transmission rate of covid-19 and a new delta variant of covid-19 within our local jurisdictions requires MSI to implement the following facial covering procedure change:

Effective Monday August 16, 2021, facial coverings within MSI facilities are required. This includes all people 2 years and older. For masks breaks during your visit, you may step outside for fresh air. We have masks on hand if needed; please call when you are outside and we will bring you a mask to enter the facility.

All other covid-19-related procedures remain in place including health screenings upon entry, hand wash and sanitization stations, social distancing when possible, and facility sanitization throughout the day.

Reminders:

1. It is the patient's responsibility to inform the practice if they are ill or have been exposed to covid-19 and to reschedule their appointment. No one is permitted into the facility when they are ill.
2. We have a 10 minute window if you are running late to an appointment. If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled. This helps us limit the number of people withing our facilities at once.
